Jamie Flesher is the founder of the Alliance Care Team.  She is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Geriatric Care Manager with over 34 yrs of experience in the health care field.  She is the owner of Advanced Care Management providing Geriatric Care Management, Chronic Care Management and Care Transitions Coaching.  She is passionate about helping others, especially seniors in her community and focuses on patient centered care & taps into community resources for her clients.

Brooke is a Family Nurse Practitioner and ENT Specialist.  She is the CEO of IHMS and is passionate about providing quality medical care to her patients in their homes or Assisted Living Facilities.  She is an animal lover and a lifetime student and plan on furthering her education in pursuit of a doctorate or PhD.  She lives in Queen Creek with her 15 years old daughter and all her animals including bunnies, chinchillas and Himalayan cats.
